What is PatientAccess?

PatientAccess allows you to complete your medical and dental histories online, prior to your VCU Dental Care visit.  Your information is transmitted safely and directly to our secure server, which will ensure greater accuracy of information and shorten your appointment time.  Your dentist will review your medical and dental histories with you at your appointment.

How do I sign up for PatientAccess?

You must be a new or existing patient of VCU Dental Care before you can sign up for access.  You must also have a valid email address on record with VCU Dental Care.  Once you have registered as a patient, click the Register for Access link on the left side of the screen to create your PatientAccess account.  Read our registration instructions for more information.

How do I change my personal information?

Mark the information as 'Incorrect', and a VCU Dental Care representative will contact you.

How do I confirm an appointment?

Go into appointment details page by clicking the appointment, and press 'Confirm' button. If the appointment is already confirmed, you will see blue header.

I forgot my password!

Click on the Forgot Password link on the left side of the screen.  You will receive an email with instructions to answer your security questions and set a new password.

How do I change my password?

Go into Personal Information - Change Username and Password.
